Services
Welcome to my practice. I specialize in supporting women who are navigating mood and anxiety disorders, perinatal challenges, trauma, and significant life transitions. With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I offer individualized, evidence-based therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) informed, and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment where you can feel supported and empowered as you move toward greater balance and well-being.
In addition to individual therapy, I provide clinical supervision for Licensed Professional Counselor Associates (LPCAs) and LPC Supervisor Candidates working toward independent licensure in South Carolina. My supervision style is structured, supportive, and grounded in real-world clinical experience, with a focus on skill development and professional growth.
